Annual Fund—Every Gift Matters
Each dollar given to the True North Annual Fund has an immediate impact on our students, the school’s highest priority. The True North Annual Fund fuels the operating budget of the school, namely in the areas of academics, the arts, athletic programming, and operational needs. Gifts of all sizes are vital to sustaining the excellent education received at True North.
Each year, there continues to be a difference between the cost of educating our students with the best education possible and the funding we receive from the State. That gap is approximately $1,200 per student. Through generous gifts from parents, faculty, the Board of Directors, and community partners, we will be able to contribute to the school’s operating budget. By joining us in this year’s Annual Fund Campaign, you will be an integral part of helping fund the following:
Whatever the size of the gift, each one represents a shared vision for a True North education. Every gift matters. Your gift will:
- Help to cover the gap between what we need to deliver the top-tier education that our children deserve and what we receive from public funding
- Allow us to support our excellent and dedicated faculty
- Keep our class sizes smaller for more individualized attention
- Enable us to offer programs like art, music, physical education, and foreign language each day
- Ensure that we are able to offer our students a private school caliber education in a public school setting
Our goal is 100% parent participation at every grade level, in addition to $1,200 per student. That’s $100 per month (per family) for a private school-type education that can cost anywhere from $10,000-30,000 per child (per year). By directing a gift to the Annual Fund Campaign for this school year, you will help us reach our goal of raising $100,000 for the year and fulfill our academic commitment to our TITAN students and families.
